We can handle all that for you, it might just take a little longer. In some cases there may be a small surcharge depending on the work required.

Canvas Stretching Service:
We offer a custom canvas stretching service. We use high quality New Zealand pine bars from regrowth forests that are available as a 32mm deep x 42mm wide profile designed specifically for Giclee canvas to eliminate cracking. These bars are rounded both on the front and back edges as well as being bevelled for a top quality professional finish and have a tight uniform grain, not prone to twisting or warping, unlike Meranti, which will most likely warp over time.
CANVAS WRAP BORDER OPTIONS
Here are some examples of the options when preparing your images for printing on canvas. In all examples below, the finished (framed) image remains the same size, the border size remains the same, only the border treatment changes.
50mm White border only. The printed image will finish on the front edge of the stretcher frame.
40mm coloured border (side) plus 10mm white. The coloured are will show on the sides of the stretcher frame.
Entire image enlarged by 40mm on all sides plus 10mm white. The area inside the dotted white line will show on the front of the stretcher. The area outside will be on the sides.
The image edges have been copied and reversed to create extended 40mm border on each side plus 10mm white for back. Notice the wave in the foreground – this method is may not be suitable in all cases. The area inside the dotted white line will show on the front of the stretcher.
