Copyright Concerning Artists Images.
Some images have been supplied with permission of our artists and copyright of those images is held individually by the creating artist mentioned.

Before commencement of any reproduction work for any image by Art House Reproductions we require that the client sign an agreement that they are the holder of copyright of that image and grant permission to Art House Reproductions to perform tasks as discussed. Art House Reproductions agrees that no image supplied to us will be used in any way other than those listed in this agreement which will be signed by both parties.

If the client is not the holder of copyright to an image submitted for reproduction, Art House Reproductions will require a signed letter of authority from the legal copyright holder giving express permission to the client and listing any special requirements to be undertaken by the client or Art House Reproductions prior to commencement of any work.
